Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Client Engagement Manager. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, facilitating seamless client onboarding, and ensuring successful service delivery. This role requires a proactive, structured approach to business development while also serving as the primary point of contact for client engagement and escalation beyond the project team leader. The VP of Operations is the next level of escalation, to whom this position reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured business development plan to acquire new clients
Conduct daily outreach to new companies and contacts, ensuring consistent prospecting activity
Manage follow-up communication through calls, emails, and meetings to progress leads through the sales funnel
Schedule and facilitate intake calls to assess potential client needs and align solutions accordingly
Present discovery presentations to key stakeholders, outlining Symmetry’s services and tailored recruitment strategies
Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers and project teams, ensuring alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs) and effective service delivery
Serve as an escalation point for clients, addressing questions and concerns that go beyond the scope of the project team leader
Ensure continuity and a high level of client satisfaction throughout the engagement process
Maintain accurate and organized tracking of metrics, activities, and client engagement progress
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in healthcare recruitment services, ideally within the RPO space, though other healthcare recruitment experience will be considered
Strong ability to strategically build relationships and cultivate new business opportunities
Confident and compelling verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a structured and goal-oriented environment
Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in nursing, surgical techs, support roles, and leadership searches within healthcare recruitment is highly valued
Ability to manage onboarding processes, ensuring seamless implementation of SLAs and service delivery expectations
Experience handling client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and ongoing engagement
