Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated success selling enterprise‑level RPO solutions into hospitals, health systems, post‑acute, behavioral health, or outpatient settings
Ability to leverage your existing book of business and active relationships with healthcare decision‑makers
Proven ability to open new accounts, build long‑term partnerships, and influence executive stakeholders
Background in clinical environments aligned with Symmetry’s core service lines, including:
- High‑acuity inpatient units: emergency department, ICU, stepdown, progressive care, telemetry
- Perioperative and procedural services: circulating nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia, pre‑op, post‑op, preadmission testing, PACU, and procedural areas such as endoscopy
Experience partnering with healthcare organizations to deliver strategic support for hybrid care, virtual care, telehealth‑enabled services, and AI‑ready clinical teams
Track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets in complex, multi‑layered environments
